PACKAGING
  The rolled up fabrics are protected against damages by several layers of different materials, which are as follows:
  plastic foil (black)
  2 half core protecting shells (adapted to roll diameter)

Exception : if the diameter is bigger than the biggest (50 cm) existing half core protecting shells, the fabric will be packed in a wooden box. Each packaging is furthermore fastened with reinforced synthetic ribbons (about every 50 cm) which are easy and safely to open with a knife.
JOINING WIRES
  In each dryer fabric packaging there are added 2 joining wires (one spare joining wire).
Each joining wire is packed into a SAF-T-JOIN container to protect it against damage and to unroll easy.
FILLING WIRES
  # to reach same permeability in the warp loop area and the fabric.

Thanks to the diagonal ultrasonic welding of machine direction and cross machine direction threads, the necessary elasticity of the fabric edges is guaranteed under any conditions.
  CERAN II*
    CERAN II* edge protection processing with ultrasonic welding, monofilament melting and sealing with a hot-melt adhesive.
